A total of 823 million tons of crude steel, 712 million tons of pig iron and 1.126 billion tons of steel have been produced nationwide, which not only increases the difficulty and cost of system maintenance, but also brings hidden dangers to safe production

In the process of upgrading, work at heights, lifting operations, temporary power operations and other aspects should be closely coordinated. The safety and environmental protection department tracked the whole process, and set up a small blackboard in front of the upgraded device, which was specially used for hazard notification, and resolutely put an end to all violations. HSE management personnel carefully implement various HSE measures, set up a warning line at the project site, and irrelevant personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the site. For hot work parts, after steam purging, hot work can only be carried out after being signed and confirmed by the person in charge of purging

it is expected that the whole upgrading project, such as the transformation project of disposable water cups, lunch boxes, knives and forks and other daily-use plastic products in the catering industry, will be completed within 12 days, and strive to make the device start work one day earlier and take effect one day earlier.
