(4) straighten and wipe the flat plate, with both ends slightly upturned 1 Mm, it is important to adjust the balance on the board well, the traveling speed of the trolley should be appropriate, and the time of reversing from the trolley to the end of both ends should be adjusted, not too fast and too fierce

automatic control of elevation 1 and 3

(1) check whether the outrigger oil cylinder and control valve are sealed and work normally

(2) whether the selection of control sensitivity is appropriate. If the sensor is used for a long time, it is inevitable that the sensitivity will decline. At this time, it is necessary to adjust the sensitivity to make necessary compensation when the welding structure also includes the brittle fracture of the pressure vessel. If the sensitivity is too high, it will cause unnecessary shaking of the fuselage

(3) whether the current value for controlling the opening of the solenoid valve is appropriate, generally between MA. After the machine is used for a long time, the movement resistance of the control valve spool will increase. At this time, it is necessary to appropriately increase the control current for artificial compensation

(4) the working travel speed of the machine is set by whether the electronic measurement system is too slow to convert the deformation of the force into an electrical signal. If the working travel speed of the machine is lower than 50cm/min, there will be "crawling" phenomenon, which means that the machine will stop and stop immediately, and the work is not coherent

(5) check whether the frequency of each vibrator can be adjusted effectively and timely at any time, whether the insertion depth of each vibrator is consistent, and if the vibrating effect of the vibrator is uneven, it will also cause the defect of local pavement flatness

(6) check whether the ramming plate is flat and straight, and whether its limit stroke is appropriate and consistent. Generally speaking, the lowest point reached by the ramming plate should be mm lower than the formwork, and whether the working speed is sufficient

(7) how accurate is the height zero adjustment of each outrigger, and whether there is a "negative inclination", that is, the main formwork is in a state of low front and high rear along the working longitudinal direction

(8) reduce the frequency of shutdown and waiting for materials, and try not to stop for more than 15min each time
